Office phones
Used for business purposes. Easy to use, crystal clear HD to hear the speaker. Easy to transfer calls and navigate settings etc.

Speaker Phone Stops Working in about 40 days.
The phone works great with Nextiva. However, I ordered three of these and was about to order more before the speaker blew for no apparent reason. I restored the settings to factory settings and troubleshot everything under the sun with Nextiva support for several hours, but there is no external volume, speakerphone, ringer, etc. The handheld phone attachments work without a ringer in our office - it is NOT practicable or efficient in the long term. One of my other phones of the same model was right out of the box with the speaker not working, but I did not open the box or provision it to test it until about 40 days after I received it, so I am SOL on a warranty or refund, apparently.

Phone came provisioned to Zoom already
Fortunately, I'll be using this phone with Zoom as well so Zoom has a process (just submit a pic with the Mac address of the phone) to re-assign this phone to your tenant. However, this would be an issue if are using another provider. These phones should be checked to make sure they are not provisioned and fullly reset.On the plus side phone was completely clean and can't even tell they are re-purposed.

The phone was DOA
The phone arrived in a cheap flimsy cardboard box. The phone looked new, but the power supply was missing and the phone can't be operated without one. Fortunately, I had the working power supply from my old Polycom phone so I plugged it in. The phone is dead. No paperwork was shipped with the phone so no way to contact the seller for a return and refund. VERY bad experience.

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM
DO NOT BUY THESE PHONES. I purchased a few of them and they are provisioned to another network. You will NOT be able to use them. You cannot do a factory reset because they are locked down to another network. What a scam

Admin Password Changed
The phones were easy to provision, having had previous experience doing that. However, the Admin password used to provision the phones, initially 456, changed without my knowledge and I do not know the revised password. I need the company to tell me where to find it, how to change it, or provide it to me if they know what it gets changed to. It's no longer 456. My rating would go to a 1 if I'm unable to reprovision the phones if that password is not provided.

Product did not work when arrived
I was very unhappy when the phone would not hook up properly. Returned item and was not given credit.

Will Not Connect
This product is said to be able to be used with Google Voice. I cannot get it to appear online and there is absolutely no customer support.
