I'm 178/5'10" 72kg and size M fits me just perfectly.

Bought several of these for bike trip in sunny Spain and found them excellent in hot weather. They wick well keeping you cool, they are very comfortable and would go as far as to say stylish. They wash and dry quickly which is a requirement when travelling light on a motorbike. I would give five stars apart one small quibble which is the sleeves are very long. (would have only dropped half a star if that were possible)

Just what I wanted, very useful for the very cold weather.

Good quality item but be warned, this is extremely tight compared to others that I have. I wouldn't want to wear this for prolonged periods but for a gym session it's fine.

I followed the size chart (M) and found it to be a good fit. Note: it is skin tight. Comfortable to wear for long distance running. Would recommend.
