This is perfect to add some ambiance to a non working fireplace, so happy we got it before the holidays. It actually throws off a pretty decent amount of heat and the flickering light feature looks very realistic compared to other similar fireplaces I’ve seen. The remote is ideal. Would recommend! So would our dog!

First of all, when I ordered, Amazon indicated that it would be delivered December 2nd or 3rd but it was delivered November 26th in time for Thanksgiving. It was easy to install in our former gas and wood fireplace and the result is very picturesque and the heat is helping our living room. Thank you, Amazon for an early delivery and Duraflame for fine fireplace log insert.

This looks great and the heater worked really well to heat up our freezing front room. I liked how much you could adjust the light, the effects, the heat, etc. The only thing is that the motor is a little loud for my preference. It may not bother others, but if I found a quieter one I would totally prefer that!

Had my old Chimney closed off on the outside and kept the inside Fireplace inside. This made a great replacement for the real fire. Looks great and even has cheese fire box sound machine that makes different sound effects. When it gets cold it even doubles as a fireplace heater to put heat in the den. Great little replacement for a real fire.

My old little electric heater finally stopped working, so I ordered this one and crossed my fingers. It's perfect! It might be a little smaller than I hoped it would be, but that's on me. The heat is wonderful, the lights are perfect and the crackler adds so much. Can't wait for cold weather!!!

This is a great product because you don’t have to put it in front of the fireplace. You could stick it right inside and it doesn’t take a lot of room. It does keep the front of my house toasty in the living room. I love the ambience it makes it feel cozy.

All of the ambiance of a real fire without the ash and smoke. Several different settings with the remote and the sound box is a nice touch. Easy off when done without worrying about it burning out hours later.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this back in 2022. It was a great buy still going strong gives off a lot of heat looks real and the cost works. I put Christmas lights on it and have them on there all year definitely worth it.
