The Silpat name is always quality
Hard to find item that was needed for baking almond pastries and more. Easy release and easy cleanup. This was exactly the same as an older Silpat tart pan with different model number.

I found this hard to use, so I donated it to charity
I tried using this only once before giving it away. It was almost impossible to form the tart shells in the mold because of how flexible the material is, so I bought some metal tart molds instead.

Awesome
I love these mats. They are expensive but if you buy when on sale you can justify your purchase. I am in love with these mats. Nothing sticks, easy to clean. I have about 8 now and love everyone. This is a unique mat and even if you just by the muffin mat, you will be so happy you did.

silpat molds are so good
I love using all my silpat molds because there is no need for oiling or buttering the molds prior to baking. It is so much more convenient, time saving and healthier. Love these!
