This stuff is amazing! It helps with soooo many things and is so great for your immune system. It also helps your skin to be less sensative to the sun. I find I tan more than I burn now, and before that was not the case. I still slather in sunscreen though, I feel like it makes my sunscreen more effective, it does not take the place of sunscreen by any means. It’s also amazing for recovering your body physically, after a hard workout or long day at work. I am not nearly as sore and achy like I used to be. I also have a bad back and it hasn’t been cured by any means, but this supplement definitely allows me to do things I couldn’t before, without pain. My back and my hips were so bad I hadn’t been able to go for a run in 20 years! One day during my walk, I just started running! I ran almost a mile, felt amazing and was not sore the next day!!! Running is something I love, so I’m forever grateful! I highly recommend!This company makes the best supplements. They make them so easily absorbable which can be difficult and is obviously very important. They also do go overboard with their dosage. My doctor dermatologist suggest me to drink it to help my body to get rid of pigmentation on my face, before to start any facials I was taking them for a month. The doctor said it’s one of the best products on the market, so I believe her 🙏. Now I am not taking because I am breastfeeding., and when you breastfeeding or pregnant cannot take them.

Taking and liking

I am not sure if this product actually reduced my inflammation because I only took it a few times. I am not an anxious person, so when I felt very anxious after taking this, I was bummed. I was hoping this would help my systemic inflammation, but I won't be taking this. This is a low dose so I was hoping it would be ok. It also increased bowel movements significantly...almost gave me diarrhea. If you are someone that has issues with that, this product may be a problem. I am sure it works for normal humans, but I have a very sensitive system.

Is part of my muscular degeneration protocol

I wanted to try this for the many benefits, but especially for the gut. The only thing I notice so far ( been taking a week) is an extra bowel movement throughout the day. I hope that means it is working on gut issues. I have heard you don’t need the massive amounts for this supplement to work and I like this brand. I will keep you updated. So far so good.
