Great filter
We buy this filter every year and our pool is always sparkly clean. The cost of replacing each year is better than trying tin clea it because a new one cleans the pool so much better. Worth the annual investment!!

Direct replacement
Use these filters in a hayward filter and they work and fit great. Would recommend it for a pool or spa as it removes fine particles.. We use it for water in a test tank.

I have purchased this twice.
This is the third time I have purchased this filter. I find the quality and effectiveness of this filter to be the same as the OEM filter. The last two times it lasted over a year. This last one lasted almost two years. I am still a bit upset with myself for purchasing filters at retail stores for several years at a price of from $80 to $100 each when I could have been saving 50% or more for an equivalent filter. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Disappointing Performance Compared to the Original Hayward Filter
I recently purchased this pool filter as a replacement for my original Hayward filter, and I regret the decision. Despite being brand new, this filter requires constant maintenance. I find myself frequently having to remove and rinse it down just to lower the filtration pressure. This is not only time-consuming but also frustrating, especially since I never had this issue with the original Hayward filter.The performance simply does not compare. While my original filter maintained consistent pressure and required minimal maintenance, this one struggles to keep up. I had high hopes for this purchase, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. If you're used to the reliability of Hayward filters, I would recommend sticking with the original rather than opting for this replacement.

Great Product
Just what I ordered. Pool is clear again. I buy 2 at a time, to alternate, so I have one that is dry and clean at all times. In the Northeast, 2 last me about 5 or 6 seasons. (approximately 35-40 months)
