This product really works. My hair frizzed at the slightest drop of water but since using the shampoo and conditioner this does not happen even in very weteeather

I used this with the conditioner as well and it’s lovely. Has a nice scent and made my hair much smoother.I almost didn’t need to use a hair straightener but I’m a fusspot so still did but the difference was visible without it. Would recommend for fine flyaway hair.

Slightly more expensive than supermarkets, cheaper to buy shampoo and conditioner as a pair.

I've used this product before and it's lovely with a beautiful scent and it leaves my hair soft and manageable. However, the packaging was terrible. Amazon should know better and should have bubble wrapped the dispenser. The result was a mess inside their cardboard envelope and a pump dispenser that doesn't work. The only reason I'm not asking for a refund is that I can unscrew the top, which was already partially unscrewed, and pour it into my previous bottle.

Great value for money

As someone whose hair frizzes quite easily when it gets warm, I'm always on the lookout for products that will help to tame it and keep it looking smooth and straight.I know that John Frieda is a well known brand so I didn't hesitate in opting to give this a go.The shampoo itself is a nice consistency and lathers up well. It has a nice scent to it that does stay for a little bit after you wash it out.The bottle is fairly big too, you get 500ml of shampoo which will last quite a long time.This is a nice and easy pump action bottle so no need to lift it up and squeeze like the majority of shampoo bottles, you can simply just press down and get the shampoo out quickly without any hassle.At the end of washing out the shampoo and drying up, my hair does feel smoother and I've noticed that during the day, it doesn't stick out as much anymore as compared to when I used to use a different shampoo.In terms of value, I've noticed this fluctuate in price - it's currently priced at £9.99 but does vary by a few quid. Still good value in my opinion for what you're getting.Overall, great for reducing frizzy hair and keeping it smooth.

Product arrived opened and leaked everywhere. Trying to get a replacement only to be told that I cannot get a refund on the product.I don’t want a refund, just a new bottle that isn’t already opened and has lost part of its quality.

I just love everything from this brand, I was very excited to try this one as my hair is very thin and sensible. After the first use I couldn't see and feel the difference, light and smooth. I felt it has moisturised without leaving all that heaviness that most of shampoos do. Lovely scent, very fresh.
