Once was enough!
It's funny you should ask - I am in the process of returning this item to Amazon. The first DVD I played either briefly froze or flipped forward at a frequent and irritating rate. I knew I had to move quickly because Amazon has a very short return window and as I have been dealing with LG over another DVD with different problems with no success, I wasn't taking any chances. I don't know who to recommend. I've read the reviews of several dvd players and they all seem to have similar satisfaction rates - about 66%. So I guess you pay your money and you take your chances.

Ordered this dvd player with the rca cables to connect it to a big speaker and use it as a CD player. It worked perfectly.

The DVD player is working great right now, but this is my second one I've bought the first one broke after only 4 uses. Amazon did give me half the money back .
