Tabletop Roller Coaster Tycoon
Between Funfair and Unfair, I really enjoy this one. I also own Unfair but it hasn’t made the table. If you’re not a fan of the “take that” mechanics then this one is for you. All players play cards to build their own parks, adding upgrades, hiring employees and more. There’s a mix of tableau building, set collection and maybe a tiny bit of engine building. It’s pretty easy to learn and setup/takedown is quick. It comes with quality components. I like how the game board is two sided to support different player arrangements at the table (ie. One side , around). The card stock and graphics are nice. I also like the Coaster needle for the turn tracker. I’ve played this 2-handed solo many times and had a great time. I just hope they add more expansions like they did for Unfair.

Great game
Build your own amusement park game. Only mildly competitive. Money gets tight and cards can make it challenging to complete goals. Overall, great fun and remember you’re creating a fun park. Take a moment to reflect on your creation.

Great game, easy to learn, balanced AF!
For the price, this is a spectacular game. I was concerned after watching a few reviews that this game would not be worth playing more than once, but after our initial gameplay, those fears were assuaged. The scoring mechanic is very balanced, leaving a wide array of ways to “win” the game. This is not a game for your hardcore, try hard, euro gamer friends, but it is wonderful for people who just want to skim the rules and have a fun 30 minutes or so. At a sleek play time of 15ish minutes per player, this is an easy win for any family library. I could see how the scoring mechanic might vex a child of 8 or so, the 14+ age group seems a bit skewed, as a 10 year old could easily play this game. My opinions, sure, but for what it’s worth, I own well over 150 board games and work in a board game store. TLDR; easy to learn, quick to play, fun mechanics, absolutely replayable.

Fun game for a couple
I have never played Unfair but I saw the review on Antlab games and decided I had to get this game. No regrets and a lot of fun! My wife and I both enjoyed building our own theme park. And we like games like Wingspan and Everdell so this was right up our ally. There are 6 rounds and each round you always gain more coins or cards. I do appreciate that it’s a friendlier game than Unfair from what I heard. There are no “take that” moves; but you can buy cards from the market that the other player may really want. The digital app was also pretty handy to count your points up at the end of the game although it includes a pencil and pad too. The rulebook is very easy to understand and the card quality is good. In conclusion, really fun game and it plays really well at 2 players.

A created game about building an amusement park
You only have a limited amount of turns in this game to find out if you have created the best amusement park. Try to get rides that will get you the most money in order to purchase more rides. Add upgrades to your rides to increases their value at the end of the game. Try to complete hidden goals to make your rides more impressive. Hire workers who can give you special abilities or get extra revenue. I have fun when I play this game.

Simple and fun
Fun game that is on the lighter-side of things. Reminded me of Dream Home or Walking In Burano. You use cards to create the best theme park you are able to.

Get the Unfair version! Don’t get this one.
The game is about building your own funfair by adding attraction, employees and rides. You race with other players to build the best funfair of all, however there were zero interactions with other players. In Unfair (another version of the game), you can sabotage other players’ fairs with the added mechanics, which encourage more interesting interactions. This one felt a much less exciting version of Unfair.

A fun game for the whole family.
It is a great game for families who miss going to theme parks. The components are sturdy and artwork is beautiful.
