Love the product, I’m really low in iron so this works great for me and not that I needed it but it keeps me regular as well. I don’t have any side effects but I do feel more energetic when I’m taking this product and following a healthy diet. It doesn’t have any taste at all, be sure to drink plenty of water as with any other vitamin out there.

Helps my levels, easy to swallow. It is a bit large however doesn't give me stomach problems like other iron supplements.

Who knows if this stuff works?! My labs were normal prior to taking but I’m just on a regimen of vitamins to help shield my immune for a procedure. The product came timely, the pills are bigger than I like but not impossible to swallow and there is a little stench but again it hasn’t stopped me from taking it. There is a liquid form also but I chose the pill! So far I have no complaints!

I got them for my daughter who is pregnant. She used them for both pregnancies. She was feeling extra tired and tests show she had low iron. Since using this product she feels better and clearly noticed the difference when she uses them. The price is reasonable. She has no side effects like constipation. Prob because these are time released. She’ll continue to take these post partum. Good quality. No weird taste or smell. They work quickly within 2 days.

They're good, no constipation and aided my level pre, during and post infusions. I'll update after my next visit. This will truly lmk if it stabilizes my iron without help. Mine were fresh, not expired and gave me no side effects. I love the mixture of vitamins in it too.
