Just like the professionals
This is the same one I use in my stretching class. I'm so glad I got one for home use. It's my favorite. I lay on it to stretch my back. I also step on it to stretch my calf muscles. Feels so good.

Great quality
I ordered this because my physical therapist had me using one at my appointments. I do squatting snowboard exercises on it. This one came in on time, Not damaged and is nice and sturdy. I am 190lbs and it is nice and stiff. I place the round side on the ground and stand on the flat side. The flat side has like a nonskid pattern on it which is great for traction on my sockless feet.

Good half roller
I find this half roller works just fine for my needs. I use it to improve my balance and toe grip for dancing Argentine Tango. I wanted a roller that was firm but still had a little give to it. Also, my toes can grip on this roller. There are lots of choices, and I think it depends upon why you are making this purchase. I am happy with my choice.

Holding up great!
I've been using this for several years and it's holding up great. Mainly for calf and quad stretches. Great Product and I love the color.

Identical to the one my PT uses
This half foam roller has helped me rehabilitate a shoulder injury using exercises provide by my physical therapist. I am now able to do the exercises at home as need. Really glad I have this.

Versatile

Help align lower back at the end of the day
I just lay on this in my lumbar at the end of the day and listen for the deep pops. It is so relaxing and I can feel the spacing happening in my low back. Also great for stretching your pecs while laying on it down your spine.
