Happy with the purchase and the seller's service
Had ordered the 500 by 200mm depron. Opened up the pack two weeks later to find the width shorter by 10 mm i.e. the width was only 190mm. The return/replacement period was over, but I thought of letting the seller know the product wasn't as per the specifications on the website, though didn't really expect them to do much about it. To my surprise, I got a response from the seller the same day and they offered to send over new sheets with correct specifications with no additional cost to me. I am very happy with the very professional service provided by the seller. Would surely recommend them.

4 star only for quality product but other wise ok
Product quality is good but I am disappointed that there is not available big size sheet pack in 5 sheet pack. I wanted to buy 1000mm wide 5 sheet pack but unfortunately it was not available that's why I ordered smaller one.

The media could not be loaded. No shrink wrap and cutting of foam was worstI have purchased this foam several times from vortex rc and every time it turned out to be best but this time was not a good experience.
