Q: Does the wireless bit work through several block walls?

sorry I have mine next to the plug it is controlling I would think it would work through one wall depending how far it is from the socket

I'm sure mine came with either a 13Amp plug or an adapter from two pin to 13Amp UK plug. Sorry currently buried under loads of plants in the greenhouse and not easily accessible but it is still working fine.

This can only set the temp. It does not have a timer function.

Q: Will this interfere with each other if I have another separate unit in another room?

No, each controller is unique and can be linked to more than one or two sockets as required. I have purchased two of these units ( 2 x controllers and 4 x sockets and they work fine and separately in adjacent rooms.
