Looming forward to a good read
It's a book. Just arrived. Have not read yet. Interesting topic. I'm certain to like it.

Simple, Yet Powerful
Now, I don’t believe you can necessarily heal your life in 21 days, although you can definitely get at deeper layers and heal in a way that almost seems too simple with this book.Succinct, powerful…definitely recommend no matter how much self-love you already have. This gook serves as a great reminder!!!

Practical, Easy to Use, Everything You Need to Start Loving Yourself!
It's about creating a real connection with yourself. When was the last time that you really looked at your own face and didn't criticize it or praise it only for superficial purposes? You may find it easy or hard to say, "I love you" to yourself. Emotions may come to the surface that surprise you. You may write a lot or a little in your journal or device. And meditation may be something you do or avoid, but the daily meditations included are short enough to be squeezed into even the busiest of days. Starting off your day with "Mirror Work", finding moments throughout to check in with yourself, and ending your day with it might make a difference in your life.Daily themes, journaling exercises, affirmations, and looking yourself boldly in the eye, facing those inner challenges to loving yourself unconditionally has been combined in a format that is easy to use and follow. Even my inner, eye rolling, skeptic felt hopeful. This is an exercise book without the wordy self-help book to introduce the exercises. I liked that a lot because it either works or it doesn't. I don't need to be convinced, just to do it for myself.21 days, a mirror, and journal and pen or a device and you could be loving yourself and healing things that have been challenges. That's all that is needed along with this book to do inner work to change your outer reality. Sounds too good to be true or too simple to work. Well, there is only one way to find out: try it for yourself.I have read a number of Louise L. Hay books, including Heal Your Life. I wasn't sure if anything new to me would in this book. It's not that there is anything new per se, but that it is presented in a different way. I skimmed it at first. But as I sat to write the review, I began to read it and do the exercises. This is a keeper! If you have never read any self-help books, have read many, or are just looking for a supplement to the ones you are reading, this could be the one that you did not know that you were missing. There is also bonus content offered in the form of the audio version of the daily meditation read by the author. I found her voice to be soothing and a very good addition to the book.Note: I received a review copy from NetGalley. This is my honest review. After reading it, I 1-clicked and bought my own copy.

Improves Self-Esteem
Profound Change Agent. This book allows for self-esteem work which I badly needed. It really has had a deep effect on my life as it has allowed me to move forward with less guilt, far more energy, and greater love for myself. I have been able to learn how to speak my truth. It has meditations which I have done at night-time. This is helpful for everyone, even those who are hiding under narcissistic tendencies, which is usually just a cover-up for poor self-esteem.

Beautiful affirmations to calm the mind.
Love the guided meditations at the end of each chapter, almost like the ones on my Insight timer phone app. With all the frustrations of the pandemic and lockdown, this book was perfect to help me indulge in self care, without requiring too much time or effort! For those who don't believe in law of attraction, think of the mirror work affirmations as substitutes for the mantras provided in transcendental meditation. It would be great if there were templates available to complete the journing activities, and some of the content gets repetitive. On the whole, an excellent book but only if you truly choose to work on it!

This book is the foundation for changing my life.
You don't realize you're changing unless you start doing the journaling; then you look back and realize how much this has actually changed your life.I think this is a very nurturing and simple process to address deep wounds in your life. It's quite woo-woo so if you're the practical, logical or science driven mind - it might be too much for you. This book requires you to come in with an open mind on her way of healing. A lot of it is spiritual....But if you can envision something beyond just the tangible world, if you can learn to be kind to yourself - it really does work.I read some of Lousie Hay's you can heal your life book and I found it a lot more condensed in thoughts to process. This book is great in that it focuses on singular pieces each day, giving you time to fully digest each and every piece throughout the day. It's also great to go back on your favorite affirmations once you've completed the book. This book overall is a great starting point to healing and clearing away all the old things in your life. I think of it as clearing away the old stuff in order to build a new foundation for yourself. I don't think you'll be fully healed and @ 100% if you read this but it will give you a great starting point to begin living a healthier life.

So Helpful
I am loving this book! I have been using it at my own pace. Sometimes I need a few days off, sometimes I need to spend more time with a topic, like anger. You HAVE to do everything, as even the journaling has opened many doors to healing and revealed many old, hidden wounds. I have been using this book along side The Emotion Code and Feelings Buried Alive Never Die and the results have been amazing. I am seeing so many benefits in my behavior and my feelings towards myself and others. My anxiety has decreased significantly. I would recommend it to everyone!
