The media could not be loaded. Assembly is very time consuming but worth it. My advice is to separate all strings in groups by their number and individually because they tangle easily. Once separated, install the base first then loop the strings to the base. This chandelier is heavy so make sure you have the proper support.

This chandelier is very beautiful, elegant and goes very well with a modern look. We have 12ft ceilings and it compliments well. Some of the reviews say it only takes an hour or 2 to install but we are licensed contractors and we did the whole install and it took 3 to 4 hours. All the crystal balls on the bottom need to be individually attached and you definitely need 2 people to do this install smoothly. But I 100% recommend this chandelier I memorize looking at it every day!!! If you're doubting it just do it you won't regret it!!

All hardware for installing was delivered. 18 extra crystals are left over in case anything breaks. The install instructions were easy to follow. You will need two ppl to mount and a lot of spare time to put the crystal balls onto the strings. I give this light a 10/10.I bought very white lights and also daylight lights to see the difference. My wife prefers the daylight because “It feels more like a really nice restaurant” while the whiter light (6500k) “Feels like a night club”.No regrets to my purchase. Although my local postal service screwed up my delivery. Amazon was amazing at correctly it and it was no fault of the seller.

This chandelier's unique design allows it to look different from every angle. Each of my children has a favorite spot to stand under it and look up. Wherever you choose to position yourself to view this fixture, it is a stunning statement piece that looks MUCH more expensive then it actually is. We did have a couple of strands that were not perfect but customer service was fabulous and replaced whatever parts we asked for politely and promptly. I would highly recommend this beautiful fixture and the SILJOY company.

This is a beautiful chandelier. We hired an electrician to hang it and I am glad we did. It took them approximately an hour and a half to take down the old one and hang the base for the second.We extended the length of the rain drop wires. You can see the attachment point in the photo. Our ceiling is 12 feet high and we extended it down 3 extra feet so that it will hang at 6 feet.We hung the crystals ourselves. With my husband on the ladder and me handing the prestrung crystals to him, we were able to hang them in about an hour. The directions are easy to follow.

This chandelier is OMG beautiful. Everyone who is seen it wants to take a picture of it. Even the electrician who installed it said it was the most beautiful chandelier he had ever seen. There was one bubble that was broken during shipment but the manufacturer provided three extra strands so there was no problem at all.My dining room ceiling is11’. This is a great height for the chandelier. You could even install it on a lower ceiling, but not sure I would install it on less than an 8’ ceiling.UPDATE: I am still really in love with this chandelier. I have owned it for around 2 years. Absolutely everyone who sees it loves it.

It’s very nice chandelier. Everyone it’s impressed when they see it. It’s has a very classy modern look. It just was tedious to put all the crystals.
