It is indeed! Cone 05/06 is best temperature for the glaze results that won’t blister!

Q: Is it transparent clear or satin?

Amaco Matt clear glaze is transparent. There is no shine to it.

Q: Can this be used to seal in acrylic paint?

Ceramic glaze is made up of minerals. It could be silicon, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, and others when heated together at a high temperature, melts and fuses to the clay body. I don’t see how it will seal an acrylic painting, since the minerals have not melted. What about asking someone who works in an art store how to seal an acrylic painting? Or another artist who works with acrylics?
