Works great, just had it installed today and was inoressed with the quality of the sound and how easy eas to install. Around 15 min. Great product.

This was fantastic as I found that through the directions the OEM harness for my 2016 VW Tiguan S trim with rear camera was the exact same and there was no need to use the harness adapter or any of the additional cables. All I had to do was plug in the original OEM harness into the back of the Unit screw back in it was perfect I could not have been any happier. My biggest worry was that the camera was not going to work but it worked great and it seems to be improved with the quality and size of the new unit. everything is seamless with speakers to bluetooth to connected CarPlay and with the steering wheel. I did not opt in to buying the unit with wireless CarPlay be that is was almost and additional 100 bucks and that seems a little steep to me.

The CarPlay music occasionally cuts out. It pauses or the radio shuts off and turns back on. It even disconnects while in a call.It’s a nice clean factory look. It seems to deliver more power than the OEM unit, because the system can go louder than it could before. It’s very easy to install.But that doesn’t matter if it’s not reliable.

Now I will say 5 stars would’ve been given if the setup wasn’t confusing but that might just be because I was inexperienced. Other than that I really like this product good sound quality is good. I really love the customization you get especially if you have subs great being able to turn them down or up from the module. Apple CarPlay works great connectivity sometimes is a bit iffy when first installing might be confusing but overtime its easy to understand. I honestly prefer this car play over other vehicle models which you may pay extra for at the dealer. Nothing significant in changes though. Lots of apps and it almost works as a computer? I can go on Google when connected to wifi and even use Netflix which I know alot and probably most other radios can NOT do🤣 another downside I will mention is the volume knob recently has gotten really touchy after about 9 or so months, so trying to turn my volume up it actually goes down. The lights do actually work great I have mine on a set mode where it alternates every color have had no issues. Overall great product would buy again if I had another model of car it would fit in!

OEM style radio looks just like the original but with pumped up sound and CarPlay! Love it! Super easy to install.

I have a 2016 VW Tiguan S and initial bought a RCD330 to get Apple Carplay in my car but it require rewiring the reverse camera and you had to plug in the phone to use Apple Carplay. This unit literally plugged right into the factory wiring and worked flawlessly immediately. I know this is a bit more than the eBay RCD330s they have but this one works 10X better if you have the same vintage VW as me. I highly recommend you spend the extra $ and get this version. Looks 100% factory and you get wireless Apple Carply and your reverse camera works.

installed this in a 2010 GTI with Dynapro audio. installation was very easy, remove the trim carefully. Undo the bolts, disconnect the harness, and swap. I did have to do some coding, if you have Dynapro, you need a coding device and set the audio as Skoda Lux. I used ODB11, The car audio sounds great, and my wife is super happy she now has carplay.

The only downside is that this radio’s bass isn’t good when compared to the factory radio.
