Q: Why does the seller/shipper consistently ship these pans in a paper envelope with no protection? They arrive dented, every time.

I don't know why they're not packaged more securely but I've ordered a number of different pans from various suppliers through Amazon and none have arrived dented. The one thing I am absolutely sure of is, if the product is damaged, Amazon is great about refunding your money or replacing the product.

I read that the pan is made in England.

Q: What size will these make?

This pan makes the same traditional sized friand you might find in cafes around the world, specifically New Zealand and Australia. They are approx 3in x 2in in size.

Q: What size (dimensions) of cakes will these make?

They make an oval cake about the size of a standard cup cake.
