Q: i am planning on buying that figure next year, any ways to correct that small problem? some kind of glue or something?

I haven't broke the neck, but I'd assume you could glue it, you would just have to be happy with that one position for the head, although I will admit compared to say a 'kira yoshikage' figure, the neck on KQ feels a tad more feeble.

Q: How tall is the figure?

I didn't measure it, but the product description says it is 6.299 inches.
