The backside pillow is not firm and supportive.
Lumber seat cushion is okay but the backside pillow is not so firm and supportive. It is as good as using chair curve only and does not add any suppport for straight/ergonomic posture.

Got the item a day after my order. But the packaging was kinda off, it was in a vacuum sealed plastic and after few hours it still compressed and felt like it was used. Not worth buying.

Cushion serves its purpose with its cooling gel and softness
I am happy with your product as it serves it's purpose. I am no longer experiencing back pain after long hours of working. I believe it's because tail bone is suported. The cooling gel is of great help compared to other products without it.
