it works
had to use belt extenders the only thing i didn't like. hard to wear against the skin. velcro parts chaff. the belt otherwise does what it says and spread the space between the vertebras to allow for fluid to replenish and gives relief. I'm pleased considering the choices out there. this is definitely a change from what I've tried

Not a True Picture
The belt shows that extends up your back when pumped up. It does Not! It is the same size inflated as deflated. If you only need support for the width of the deflated belt it should be fine. But if you think it is going to inflate to the size of the pictures it’s False Advertisement!

Great to have for back pain relief and decompression
This actually works. Bought this along with a back board that has multiple arch height. Together they work perfect. I use the board for a good 5-10minutes and then I wear this for a good 15 minutes. I can feel the decompression of my back. This plus the back board is a great pain relief for my back especially after a lot of bending down and lifting.
