vitamin c, zinc, loads of other healthy ingredients
A goodly amount of Vitamin C and Zinc, as well as a comprehensive "immunity and defense complex" and "environmental and anti pollution complex". I had read through the list of ingredients and it sounded right up my ally for something to try. The serving is 2 capsules. They are easy to swallow and seem totally gentle on my stomach. I can take them anytime and I dont feel weird or anything. I try to take them early in the day. I have been taking them daily without issue, and I hope it helps to ward off sickness. While I haven't been around people I am still concerned with all that is going on as well as the typical cold season. I would consider this for repurchase if I find I continue to do well on it. I dont think I need it every day all year, but maybe during extra germy season. Btw, it contains maca which is fine for my hypothyroidism, but you will have to decide for yourself in case you happen to have hyperthyroidism as maca contains naturally occurring iodine. Not sure how much is in here and it if is enough to make an impact.I like the overall ingredients, and am familiar with them and have taken them in some form or another. I think the main benefit is the vitamin c and zinc, and all the other as part of a support system. I think it is well done supplement. If I learn anything new I will be back to update."Immunity and Defense Complex" has 400 mg comprised of:-Matcha green tea- defends body against sickness-Maca root- boosts energy-Korean red ginseng- enhances regulation of immune system-Ginger- mitigates free radical damage-Black elderberry- fights common cold-Acerola extract- fights oxidative stress-Curcumin-bolsters immune system-Dandelion leaf extract-powerful herb for all ailments"Environmental and Anti Pollution Complex" has 250 mg comprised of:Rhodiola root- adaptogen with therapeutic qualitiesReishi mushroom- modulates immune functionBioprene/black pepper-enhances absorption of ingredientsTurmeric-strengthens overall energy in the bodyChorella-protects bodys natural defense.

Color change to capsule
I have been purchasing this for over a year I received my auto shipment a few days ago and the capsules are a different color? Use to be dark green and they are light green now, the packaging is the same however, seems suspicious

30 Day Supply Of Pretty Green Pills; Great Proprietary Blend of Beneficial Herbs
I have a few of the Hush & Hush brand of supplements. The one thing they all have in common is the excess of expensive nested cardboard cylinder branded packaging. Personally, I think having a thick, stiff cardboard sleeve is a bit excessive, wasteful. Notably, it does protect the oversized glass vitamin jar on the inside, and the sleeves are stylish, colorful, and striking. The ShieldUp version is Hush & Hush's immunity and defense supplement. It comes in a 60 count, giving the user a 30 day supply for ~$40. Quality and packaging aside, it is a pricey supplement. You are instructed to take two of these gorgeous green capsules daily. They're formulated with vitamin C, zinc, and proprietary blends called the "Immunity and Defense Complex" and the "Environmental and Anti-Pollution Complex." I won't go too in-depth about the combinations, but I will include images.Everything is gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and claims to be manufactured in the USA.These capsules are easy to take. For the first time, I'm going to call a supplement pretty. The green is so vibrant and was unexpected. And they smell pleasant and earthy. Be mindful not to over-take these or combine them with other supplements before reviewing their respective labels, as there is a fair amount of zinc, a fat-soluble mineral. Layering on multivitamins and the like may result in taking too much of any particular vitamin and mineral, which isn't a good thing. Do your research into fat and water-soluble vitamins. That aside, this blend seems like someone put some thought into the product with the proprietary blends. There is an amazing amount of beneficial herbal ingredients in these, coupled with the immunity boosters vitamin C and zinc.Would I get these again?Well, excess packaging aside, yeah. I would focus on using these while likely recovering from an illness or during peak times (cold and flu season). I wouldn't aim to take these daily, year-round. Usually, I stick to just a multivitamin or a power greens drink. But these Hush & Hush ShieldUp supplements would be front and center the moment I caught a mere tickle of a sniffle coming on, for sure.

It's got what you need
First of all, I am all about immune boosting supplementation, and have been since covid started. I think one of the most overlooked, and under reported ways of lessening the effects of this ridiculous pandemic, is taking better care of ourselves, and helping our body chemistries perform at their peak performance though proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep. For me, supplementation for immunity health is a great idea, and a way to get the edge necessary to arm my body with the tools it needs to fight whatever virus, God forbid. It has included vitamins and antioxidants that will certainly benefit your overall health, and promote better control of stress levels. I found the capsules easy to swallow, and didn't disagree with me in any way. These types of products are worth their price, because being someone who has had respiratory problems all of my life since birth, I can tell you that if you were to fall ill, you'd wish in those moments you took better care of yourself. These supplements are the type of thing you can include in your daily routine to offer you that kind of aid, especially knowing that you are helping yourself preventatively before things can get bad, and not beating yourself up after the worst of it, wondering why you didn't do it before. I do recommend it, and not that it's that important or anything, but the packaging is very attractive too.
