Bad design
There is no option to reduce the flow. Very bad product. Cant turn on shower option directly. First the spout option has to be opened, then to the shower. All in all bad product from jaquar. The regular shower mixer is best. This one is too complicated.

Diverts but does not control
If u want to turn head shower it first turns on full speed hand shower then spout then headshower. Very irritating. Plus there is no flow control. Same full speed all the time. For such an expensive product it is a BAD design. Plus the service execs and technician are rude and unhelpful. They talk as if they are doing you a favour. Jaquar is a lala company with fancy exterior but poor interior. Distribution is poor. Products are available at far away places.
