I've been trying to find a way to carry my daily medications with the absolute minimum amount of stuff since I can't use a purse anymore. I first tried a three pack of individual keychain pill cases, but they clacked something horrible so I returned them to buy this as I was intrigued by its design (and everything else that had multiple compartments didn't have keyring versatility). I really, really love this pill box, it doesn't make much noise with the rest of my keys, it comfortably fits six capsules in each compartment that came with extra sealing rings, and even if I tighten it down as far as it can physically go, it opens back up easily. I'm considering buying another one so I can add stuff like allergy and stomach meds (mini first aid kit, anyone?)

I wasn't sure I would like it, I was worried it would be too big. But it has three different compartments so I usually leave two of them at home and only use one. I was worried about the size but it's not as big as I envisioned, even when using all three compartments. Well machined lightweight aluminum for tight tolerances and for being watertight. Comes with extra o-rings too!

I travel internationally a lot and I have bought a bunch of these things. I keep one stocked with prescriptions, another for OTC, another for vitamins. They keep things safe and dry. They live in my carry on with an AppleTag keychain. Nice to know you have what you need with you even if your trip takes longer than expected.

I like this device. However, it's a bigger than what I expected but I made it work. The compartments can be separated into three pieces so that works for me.

Easy to open but seals well. I like the separate compartments. It's bulky but I keep it in my purse and I like the size. Makes it easy to find.

Excellent pocket pill box. Attached this to my house keys to keep a few doses of meds that I could take with me for the day!

Got as a gift for a family member and they loved it.Compact and good quality. The segmented storage is very useful for people that carry different pills.I will probably buy more!

This pill holder is awesome. It's just perfect if you travel for a weekend or two/three days because of the three separate compartments. I put each day's pills in each of the three, and the compartments are big enough to take my 4-5 pills (which include some BIG ones). The whole thing is just the perfect size--small enough that it fits easily everywhere but not so tiny that you lose it. The three pieces screw and unscrew easily and the whole thing feels very solid and well made. The ring makes it easy to attach the pill holder to the loops in my briefcase so it doesn't float around. It also looks really cool--I have it in red and love that shade of red. Thumbs up!
