Works as it should
Tower cooler works like it should. Made my fridge a few degrees cooler as well. Definitely helped with foam. But one there great.

A great product that really makes a difference.
Yes, add me to the chorus of people singing the praises for this product. It really does work. I think even if you don't have a problem with a foamy first pour, this is well worth the purchase to upgrade your kegerator. Nothing beats draft beer, and this product makes home draft beer taste every bit as good as what you get at the brewpub. After experimenting I found the best results if I try to keep as straight a line as possible for the cooling hose to attach to the box fan. Any weird curves or kinks will slow down the air flow. Also try to keep the hose as short as you can...air works just like liquid, and just as you need to have the proper length for your beer line, so too do you want the right length for the air hose. The power cable is thin enough to fit through the same hole my gas line goes through, so this makes for a really clean installation. I REALLY like the rocker switch outside the kegerator and so close to the plug. A really thoughtful nod to us there. And it works. Man, it works like crazy. I insulated my tower with a section of Pool Noodle, but even that wasn't enough to keep the beer in the tower cold. Adding this though, well, while I'm not getting the extreme condensation that some others are, I figure this is because my tower is highly insulated (and so I just leave the cooler on all the time.). But suffice it to say the beer comes out COLD, stays COLD, and doesn't foam. Having one of these helped simplify my keg balancing as well, giving me a margin of error where I don't feel like I have to calculate the beer line to the closest half inch.If I had any complaint, it would be that I could hear the fan running inside the kegerator. It's not loud, more of a pleasant white noise, but it is noticeable. However, it sounds much like the compressor running, so it's not like an unusual sound or anything. It also doesn't bother me all that much, but I mention it in case it might bug someone else. It's a great product. I'm really happy I have it in my kegerator.

A must have for anyone who doesn’t have a tower chiller.
Super high quality, easy to install, small footprint, and amazing performance. Since installing this the beer in the tower lines has stayed ice cold and foam free on my first pour without fail. If your kegerator doesn’t have some sort of tower chilling fan/device, or if you have a cheap one already; buy this chiller ASAP. It’s not the cheapest out there, but my motto is buy right and buy once. You will not only love this product, but you’ll kick yourself for not having bought it earlier. The only way to make it better is to coupleit with a better neoprene tower insulator to make sure the tower stay as cold as the air this thing blows. That will also save you money as you won’t loose as much cold air and make your kegerator run more. If you’re worried about the noise of a fan I can say it’s really quiet installed. The fan isn’t loud and the kegerator blocks 99% of what little noise there is. I read somewhere that if you had the money for a kegerator and love beer enough to have bought one, spend the money and buy a tower chiller. With this I agree and you will too. Btw if you’re still having foam problems after installing this and a good insulator, your issue may be your line length and pressure. Most kegerators come with lines that are super short and inadequate. There are many tools online to calculate line length, use them. I run 9’ lines on my tanks as compared to the 4.5’ they came with. Don’t get caught thinking this thing didn’t work when it did if you still have foam. If the foam persists after the first pour you either have lines that are too short, or pressure that is too high. This product works great with a properly set up system. I have a relatively cheap dual tap kegerator from insignia, but with minor modifications, like this one, I get bar quality pours. Hopefully after this your beer is always cold, cheers.

Colder beer is always better
So far tower temperatures are noticible colder, first pour of the day has much better results. Had some issues with shipping but that wasn't sellers fault. As far as product itself goes I would give it 5 star

Makes a HUGE difference. Get one.
I got this because I was annoyed by the foam I always get when I pour the first beer. I was not sure at all that this would be worth the money but figured I’d try it and return it if it wasn’t. Happy to report it absolutely works. It basically blows cold air from the main compartment of the kegerator through a tube into the tower to keep the lines up inside the tower as cold as the keg in the main compartment. As a result, no more foamy first beer. But that’s not the best part - I had no idea what a difference it would make to the taste of every beer poured. Extra cold, perfect head, crisp and delicious. Every time. I had no idea the impact on taste the warmer tower was having on the flavor of the beers even after the first foamy one. After going to all the trouble of buying, installing and maintaining a kegerator this last addition is a no-brainer. You will not regret installing this if you don’t have one. I had no idea what a difference this would make.
