I ordered a pair of these earring backs for new gold earrings I don't want to lose. I keep my earrings in for long periods of time and sleep with them too.I've had them maybe a month, month and a half and they have fallen out twice. Both times I was at home, thankfully so the earrings were found, but I need something more secure. On the plus side, I will say they are very comfortable because the backing forms a little dome covering the post, so you don't poke yourself. I really like that.
