Really great large set of ring pliers
Like these quite a bit, and they solved a big problem for me that my normal-sized ring pliers wouldn’t solve.

Outstanding quality for the pricepoint
These snap ring pliers worked perfectly for removing a large internal snap ring on my turbo's compressor housing. The ratcheting mechanism is awesome and allows you to lock the pliers in place (and keep the ring compressed in case you need to reinstall the same ring afterwards.) They didn't feel flimsy and seem to be made very well! I was surprised to find a "NEIKO TOOLS" card inside with the manual. These seem to be a child company of NEIKO perhaps?

tip movement creates problems
Tips tend to move those little screws aren't stong enough atleast when you are working on a 4" snap ring we ended up tacking the tips in place so they would move other wise not a bad set. easy for company to remedy by add tab to sides of the pliers where the tool mounts to stop problem. I would buy this set again if they fix that.

They work perfectly
These were purchased to remove clips on a military excavator. The small pliers would struggle and needed assistance with a screwdriver to remove the clips. These pliers were able to handle the job without any assistance. They are perfect for large Snap Rings.
