I've been working at desk/computer since the early 1990's 8-10 hours a day, with trips to the break room/bathroom, but not much else.I have used a eco correct keyboard and mouse for at least 20 years due to carpel tunnel (they didn't make them early on) and I am conscious of how you sit and position yourself, keyboard, screens and everything else is important.Four years ago, our corporate office transitioned our group to work remotely. I have a 380.00 eco correct chair, exercise everyday, and try and be aware of my posture. However as the day goes along, I end up slouching over without even knowing.You don't notice it until the end of the day, until your tired. Part of the issue I believe if you have good posture, your oxygen flow is better.I have worn this brace now for four days in a row (one day was on the weekend and I was just cleaning house, etc), and I really felt better overall.I purchased the small/medium (I'm slight, 110 lbs, 5'5"), and initially I wore it one day early last week and I thought the mid section was too tight, cutting into my ribs. Since I have a longer torso, than legs, I thought I would order the next size up as the metal support is longer, thinking I could adjust down however, the whole thing was way too big.What I did not realize initially is there is an extender for the waist portion (it was tucked far in the box, outside the plastic which the brace was in). This could adequately accomadate someone much larger than myself, but it still can wrap it small enough for me.I tried one other, and researched extensively, and I am very happy with this product. I recommend. You don't know how much something as small as this would make a difference.Since I have carpel tunnel, and knew several co-workers who had it and had surgery, I know you need braces that have a metal support to really feel the difference.From Amazon you can purchase Futuro Hand Braces for one or both hands for carpel tunnel (I am on my second pair), and also a great reference is Deskbound by Dr. Kelley Starrett.I have found all of these helpful! While the VANRORA Posture Corrector does help you to stand and sit more erect, the under-arm chafing makes it painful to wear, and if you can't wear it, what is the point?Just so you know, this does not CAUSE you to correct your posture automatically...it creates pressure that reminds you to stand/sit more erect. But you are still able to slouch when wearing this support. Just a warning if you are looking for a cure for your bad posture. You have to be willing to work with this product.I ordered this product even after reading all of the reviews that commented on the chafing under the arms. Initially, I could only wear this support for 15-30 minutes. Now, if I have several layers of clothing under the support, I can wear it for a couple of hours a day.Has it helped me and my posture? Yes. I've worked with this support for a couple of weeks now, and my muscle memory is now changing over from perpetually slouching to standing and sitting more erect (even when I am not wearing this support), and I am very thankful for this!I wish I could have given it a better rating, but their product information doesn't tell the whole story and makes too many promises that aren't true.If you are looking for a brace/support to remind you to stop slouching, and you have a high pain tolerance, and patience, this item is for you. I was going to return this item initially, but instead chose to continue trying it out and working with it. While I'm not overly happy with this product, it has caused me to improve my posture, and for that reason alone I won't be returning it. (Unless it fails physically in the next couple of weeks.)

I ordered VANRORA Posture Corrector Back Brace in S/M to fit my trim husband. He is 79 and active, but he is tending to lean, shoulders hunched forward. This can affect balance. He wears the brace every day - a bit longer each day. It's helping him to remember to stand straighter, shoulders back. I tried the brace on my "ample" frame using the Extender and other adjustments. It really helps me too. My right hand gets pins/needles feeling a lot- impingement from my shoulders hunching over I guess. Wearing his brace is helping my posture and reducing that annoying feeling. Others have mentioned discomfort under the arms, there are sliding pads on it to help with that, wearing it over clothes helps, also use a soft thick sock folded in half if needed. Not an issue to us. I'd like to get my own brace and quit borrowing his!! We HIGHLY recommend this brace. Worth every cent. (be sure to check the coupon box to get $10 off!)

I have a cheaper one that works just as good if not better. I feel I have to tighten more around waist area to get more of a posture correct which I don’t like doing because having that tightness on my stomach for long periods of time makes me sick. Another thing after wearing it a while was my armpits. There’s no slimness in material going through your armpit so it’s the same bulky strap throughout the whole thing even going under armpit which becomes annoying and irritating and rubs after 20-30 minutes of wearing it. I thought I would have gotten better results if I spent a little extra on a brace but honestly the cheaper ones work just as good if not better because they are more comfortable and aren’t as bulky
