I purchased this baby monitor a few weeks ago to go in a room shared by my two kids. I had a low expectation for quality based on older monitors I have used. The video quality alone makes the purchase worth it. Not only can I see my son, but the picture quality allows for each and every stuffed animal & toy to be seen. What I really like is the fact that I no longer need a nightlight in the room either. Another bonus is being able to download clips and share with all of the grandparents of something that happens at night. Even the funny moments in the morning when my son throws all of his stuffed animals out of his bed.

Kami baby has exceptional night vision that offers clear views of our baby in the crib in total darkness. You can rotate the camera view in the zoomed-in mode simply by tilting your smartphone while using the Kami app. This is really convenient. The video stream quality is great. It also monitors the room temperate and humidity level. This comes extremely handy in winter. It has a cute design as well. The bunny looking little thing is a nice addition on the wall.

For a baby monitoring device when you launch an ad will appear. For those with new borns or those to monitor emergency I highly do not recommend this product. This will not replace a life alert. The first thing you should see when you launch the device is the new born or infant you're taking care of not an ad.It's reliability is for connecting want a 2 or of five at best. Sometimes connections wouldn't connect. I have a $500 gaming router and fiber Internet connection. It shouldn't struggle with connection.It does have good features like it will give you the temperature and downloading and recording video. The app was ok before the ads, again the connection issues in which you would have to close and open until The app pulled the video feed. A scary situation for those who's infant or newborns are further away from master bedroom are.The USB cable has a good length to it so you'll be able to place your device in most convenient areas.The timing of this poorly received ad updat can't at a good time, cause my son outgrew the device so I'm able to either get rid of the device or repurpose it to something that doesn't need the absolute highest priority.In conclusion they want you to pay monthly for a device that had poor premium features so they decided that adding ads would encourage new premium customers.

I love this baby monitor!!! It's so cute and the design blends well with my kid's room. The camera is sturdy and adjustable to any angle you need it at. Also, the night light on the back of the camera is a neat feature that I've been using every night. The resolution is sharp enough to monitor the room and the best part is that it integrates with my Google home system and I am able to broadcast the camera onto my TV and Google hub in real time.

The appearance is very approachable for children. My kids like it. Love the look. The image quality is very good despite various light sources come in the room in the daytime. Much Better than I would have expected. The push notification is quick, app experience is pretty intuitive. Highly recommend this product!

It’s good when it works, but it goes offline too often. I have 2 and they both do it.I wish I would’ve gone with my first instinct option.Pros:- Notifications on phone,- clear picture,- love the built in, adjustable light.- almost every setting is adjustable (motion detection, cry detection, temperature alarm, humidity alarm)Cons:- Too frequently, it goes “offline” which renders it useless. I have 2 and they both do it, so I know it’s not just a defective camera.- you have to hold the phone to your ear to actually hear it. It doesn’t work on speaker- if you are on the phone, you will miss notifications- if you want to “watch” your baby, you can’t use your phone. No option for a separate screen

Let’s start off by saying the appearance alone sells it self. Very modern and cute for a kids room. Video quality is very good so far and no glitches. Seems very accurate on time and no delay.

First one I ordered would not scan the qr code to be able to connect to wifi " what a strange way to add the camera" ordered a replacement from Amazon which worked instantly.Purchased to use with a google home unfortunately while it does easily work the video feed is a good 10 seconds behind what's actually happening. Using a cell phone or ipad is better but still between 2-3 seconds of lag. I know my WiFi is not the issue as I I have fiber optic 1000. Biggest problem is the microphone / volume from the kami home app. Using as a monitor at night it's very quiet even at full volume, so bewteen the lag, the lack of being able to hear I'm gonna have to return this one.
