One of these 4 adapters is the missing link that lets me connect an AirFit mask hose (15/22mm proprietary connector) to a Q-lite muffler (22mm) outlet. FINALLY I’ll be able to quiet down the AirMini enough to sleep!

Needed to connect two different sized cpap hoses. Works well.

These connectors allow you to connect CPAP tubing that has a female connector on each end of the tube.

It was to contain 4 pieces and only 2 arrived. Neither fit my hose so I had to return them.

As for two vs four pieces... see belowThe adapters received were exactly as stated, and the two I used have fit perfectly in connecting my Airsense 11 CPAP machine, masks and two sections of tubing together. I love a no-drama solution!As for two vs four pieces: the four adapters I received did indeed look like only two at first glance, as two of the adapters were inserted/connected to the other two. And it did take a fair amount of force to separate them. Not sure that's the issue others have had, but I did receive all four (although they came connected as two pieces).Best of luck and easy breathing all.
