MaxiMist Allure Xena HVLP Spray Tan Machine Tanning System

I purchased this machine for my mobile spray tan business and I absolutely love it. It is light weight and easy to take in and out of my spray tan kit. It comes with everything you need along with an additional handle. I am very happy with this purchase and plan to buy a second one soon.

So I have spray tanned for years using the Maxi Mist Lite+ and loved it but it started becoming difficult to spray so I decided to upgrade. At first I was hesitant to buy this machine as I had read a lot of reviews that talked about it "splattering" but never the less decided to go for it. I'm about a month in and was about to initiate a return but decided to try one last time. It was splattering and putting out way too much spray, when I had it on the lowest setting....wtf right?! I couldn't figure it out, even when pressing the gun lightly, why it was spraying so much frickin solution. So I decided to turn the nob to the complete opposite direction and low n behold....that did the trick! The + (positive) and - (negative) dial nob was opposite of what it was said to be on the gun and now it is spraying beautifully. I didn't want to have to return it and I'm so glad I gave it another shot!

The MaxiMist Allure Xena is the new model for 2016 and I am honored to be one of the first customers of this amazing machine! It is lightweight, sleek, sexy, easy to clean, and looks and performs like a Mercedes Benz. I used it for two spray tans back to back, and finished in minutes. Three guns gives you the option to apply different levels of DHA quickly, or you may utilize an extra gun for prep solution as well. So easy to use and so compact and ready to go mobile if that is your preference. My tips for this turbine unit is to start conservative on the volume and stay 4" to 6" from the client for best results. There is little over spray and the noise level is nominal. I am very impressed and pleased, and I believe I will be enjoying this unit for years to come. Superb job MaxiMist!

Like this machine, but used it for two sprays and on the next one it didn’t want to spray, had to take apart and wash, which is ok but I just thought I would get more sprays before first cleaning..

Very easily transportable! Such an easy set up! You do need to read all instructions before starting to ensure that you are setting it up right because if not then it will come out spotty on them. This machine can handle client after client after client. If does not overheat easily. It does spray really hard so make sure you aren't to close. Great air pressure for drying them afterwards. Also super cute color! I really enjoy this product.

This is my second MaxiMist machine. Second time it has stopped working while spraying a client. I thought the first was just cause I tan so much maybe it burnt out. Never thought anything of it ordered a new one. It happen again. I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase. It’s the actual gun that stops working the rest of machine is running and on no solution comes out of gun. I’ve taken it apart cleaned it tried any and all suggestions online.

I really enjoy this machine. Solutions may be not good bc there samples and have been sitting for too long. Other than that love it , I would recommend this if your planning on doing a business.

I purchased this gun not too long ago and it was working OK until just recently. I had to replace one of the handles because the glue came loose and the pressure from the air was causing an issue with the airflow. Also I was doing a spray tan party the other day and two out of the three of my gun heads are spraying solution without pulling the trigger. I’ve taken the gun apart multiple times and put it back together and there is still an issue. For whatever reason there is no contact number anymore To reach out and see if they can fix the problem or replace the gun heads. I will not be re-purchasing another gun from this company. I am not very satisfied.
