Capsaicin is the hot stuff and has many healing benefits. This topical roll on applicator keeps it off the fingers and on the parts of the body that are sore. Very faint aroma if any, but careful with applications before or after shower as a hot rinse will open pores and the deep penetration will have a stronger effect. Keep in mind that aches, soreness, stiffness, should be approached from many angles with ice, rest, compression, elevation and massage. Find a balance and preference and god speed in your healing.

Unusable! I bought this capzasin roll-on but the ball didn't roll! I tried again by exchanging for another of the same, but it didn't roll either! DO NOT BUY unless they can figure out how to get it to apply what's inside!

This product helps my sciatica pain but it's hard to get it on from a standing or sitting position. The bottle seems to need to be mostly upside down for anything to get onto the roller.

Nothing like any other capsaicin compared to heat produced. This stuff is bland.Update after using it for the 3rd time and shaking it really good I feel the heat. It does have a scent though.

Works as anticipated. Heats up even more with heating pad. My go to when in pain.

It worked very quickly! I used a plastic kitchen glove to apply it just so I would get the cream in areas without burning hands as I ajwats seen to have little cuts or scratches. Smell isn’t strong and it does work well b

I used to use Neurocream, but the manufacturer discontinued it. I have neuropathy, and the ball of my feet get very painful. This is the same strength as what I used to use, and has no odor. I'd say it cuts my pain in half & that makes it easier to tolerate. You can tell it's started to work in a few days, but does take some weeks achieve maximum results, like any other of the capasaicin creams. I personally don't feel any burning from the cream in cool weather & sometimes just a bit in warm weather. I will likely be a regular customer of this stuff, as most of what you find in the local store does not have a roll on applicator like this lotion & the price is fair.

I know my capsaicin lotion and this one is so WEAK it isn't worth the bother or money. I wonder if there is any capsaicin in there! Doesn't do a thing and if anyone thinks it does you need to find a better one and see what a true capsaicin product does because you are missing out! Now to find one!
