I’m really surprised by this one! I was expecting it to be either really cheaply made or impossible to use, but I took a chance and it has worked out beautifully. It’s only been up for a few weeks but it has already survived a couple of heavy rain storms and freezing (25° F to 32° F) temperatures.The software is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. The problem is that the instruction booklet is... well, it’s not useless, but it was bad Chinese translated to even worse English. Play around with it and look at the pictures and you can figure it out.Updating the sign couldn’t be simpler. You can update via WiFi (there’s also a phone app but... meh), or if you’re on a protected device like the computers in my office you can export the file to the USB drive that the software comes on. Plug that stick into the USB port on the sign and it automatically uploads. Unplug and about 10 seconds later your sign is running.It runs a little like a PowerPoint. You can set different sets of slides to run at different times or dates, and even in different parts of the screen. Again, the instruction book is almost useless but look at the pictures and experiment. It took me about 3 hours to master making changes appear the way I wanted.Overall, a great value so far.

Impossible to set up. Cheap product not as advertised would like a return please

Software is TERRIBLE. Despite multiple requests for tech support and hours of effort, we could not get the sign working. In the process of downloading apps etc, all my credit card info was hacked and I had to change all my accounts. I can't definitively prove it but I believe there is a scam related to the software. I Do not recommend purchasing this sign. Spend a bit more and get a quality product that won't leave you hacked and broke.

Very happy with options to bring up sign and create messages. There are many additional options I would like to explore but haven't gotten there yet.

The way they show on the picture it’s amazing but it’s kinda a pain to use it. You need to change the pictures to jpg or something to something else. Then upload it then it doesn’t look correct on the screen.

This product is from 2015, none of the links worked for installation. I’m very computer savvy yet I couldn’t figure it out. Returned it back to Amazon, they should know what they’re selling!

Buy these products and it’s so tough to learn

Could not use did not come with any anything to scan to download program zero paperwork obviously has been opened before very disappointed
