Strong and we'll made!
I love these lights! I fitted to them each side of a wooden bed head. They look great and are so manoeuvrable. They are fantastic for reading but not suitable if you want ambient light as they are so bright!

Simple but Effective
Arrived in a surprisingly compact box. The light is brighter than I had imagined and should bevery good for reading.I bought it as an easy to operate lamp to mount above a bed head for an elderly relative as it has an easy to use toggle switch on the lamp base. The flixible neck allows the light to be turned back to shine on the wall to give soft reflected lighting in the room.Simple but a little fiddly to install. The screws are adequate but cross threading them would probably rip the thread out. Having fixed the mounting bracket to the wall on offering the lamp body up to it I noticed the fixing holes in the bracket were slightly nearer the wall than those in the lamp meaning the screws would enter at an angle and might damage the threads. Overcame this by placing a small card shim under each end of the mounting bracket which brought the holes into alignment and the screws went in without trouble. The fixing holes are quite close to the wall so a long bladed screwdriver is an advantage to ease access.The light is doing the job I inteded for it and my mother is delighted with it.

a two pin plug unlike any I've seen before not usable so could not test. returned for refund and a different supplier used for the next one which was great.

Nice light. Bright but small, ideal for bedside.
Nice lamp, easy to fit to wall, plugs in to normal socket. Nice bright but diffused light. My son loves it.
