Love it!
The media could not be loaded. I’m so glad I purchased this fan!! The light is bright, it works well, makes no noise. It puts off lots of wind. It looks great in my master bedroom. Would definitely recommend! Great value for the price!

I retract previous review and now heartily endorse this product!
I installed ceiling fans for a living, and I still had to call 2 industrial Electricians to try to figure out how to get it wired and installed. The instructions are not worth cost of the cheap paper they were printed on and there is no user manual. Remote takes an odd size battery, which is not included and no indication of what type to purchase is given. Absolutely zero instructions on the wiring of the remote receiver is included, so I best guessed, and was thankful for my experience. Buyer beware. It's a pretty piece of junk.First let me say that this review edit is way overdue (time on my hands and pressure from the wife): About a week after my initial review, the manufacturer contacted me and sent the pdf of the assembly instructions. With those in hand, I was able to re-wire it and now it works properly and is still gorgeous in our Great Room. So now, the only criticism left is that those instructions were not in my original package, but even that is countered by how quickly the company responded. Great customer service.

Gorgeous, Time Consuming
The media could not be loaded. This chandelier is BEAUTIFUL! I’m absolutely in love and it makes it even better that it’s also a ceiling fan! It definitely gives a nice breeze, I keep it on the lowest setting. It makes no noise or at least barely any when going even on the fastest setting. Hanging it I’m guessing wasn’t bad, my electrician had no complaints. Putting the crystals on is HORRIBLE! I didn’t know I had to do them all one by one but I guess it was worth it. Get some help with that if you can. I also didn’t like that there are these tiny metal “hooks” that you have to bend yourself to attach the crystal to the chandelier. It made it hard to make sure they were all hanging evenly and some showed through the back of the crystal when hung. I had to maneuver them so you didn’t see them sticking out. Overall a good buy.

Beautiful Fandelier
The media could not be loaded. This fandelier works for my office/craft room. The brightness is perfect and the fan is wonderful. Also customer service was great.

Really nice product
This fan is very pretty and was easy to install.Has a remote and has two kinds of light. Bright white and warm yellow. It casts a beautiful shadow in the walls. Love it!!

Love it time consuming to put crystals on but not hard. Beautiful LOVE the fan that hides. Very pleased and looks awesome in my room.

The metal piece that holds the crystals is broken
Came broken 1st time. Sent it back and not only did it come broken again, blades were scratched. Extremely disappointed!!! This is what it looked like when I opened the box, and started taking things out.
