Psychology For Dummies Paperback – September 23, 2020

Great and informative

I am psychology student who bought this as way to refresh and brush up on what I think I know and to learn more things as well. I’m currently only on chapter 2 but this makes me remember freshman year all over again which is what I wanted. This is great for anyone that is starting out and wants to get a feel for what psychology is or for someone who wants to simply review. The author so far is great and it honestly doesn’t feel like boring reading material at all.

Easy to get into, loved the content. Perfect dummies book.

Very thorough review of psychology. Many points that everyone should know, professionals and students. I think this book is a solid detailed crash course into the whole of psychology

Gift

The content of the book is not bad. But the author tries way too hard with the jokes to make the applications. To be fair, though, humor is really subjective. TV shows and jokes that some may find hilarious may leave others deadpanned. I use it to reference some particular Psychology topics that I may be struggling with, but it’s not a gripping page turner for me.

Not worth the money

I love this book and I appreciate the Dummies book franchise for updating their books with new editions.
