I only use ice for low back pain. I know heat can relax muscles however it always gives me more inflammation. So I only use ice for low back pain. Keep it in freezer, good size, easy to pop it on

The strap is on the big side and might be too big for less than a 30” waist. The ability to walk about while the cold lessens the nerve pain and inflammation is great. I shouldn’t bought two of these so I can alternate while the other one is back in the freezer.

It was for a gift so not sure but it sounded good. Can be used hot or cold.

Works well for cold but not so great for warmth. I definitely prefer a hot water bottle for heat. Not heavy and conveniently fits around where needed

Have used this a lot since developing cauda equina syndrome, both before and after my operation and I love that it can be used for both cold and hot. I’ve had no issues using this in the microwave or freezer, haven’t had any issues with it leaking etc so I’d say it’s pretty good value for money. Just don’t put it directly on skin after it’s been in the freezer as I got freezer burn after using it like that, which was my own fault as the instructions say not to do this

I use it as an ice pack only. The freezer bag it comes with is handy to keep it separate from food.Works well and comfortable to wear
