The box it came in was worse for wear, but the mouse itself was in fantastic condition and works perfectly.

We all know touchpads on laptops suck and regular mice don’t cut it for gaming. This mouse is amazing. Key binds are easy to setup, having three different connection types is nice and charging while using is perfect. Would purchase again, if this one goes out on me.

I have had this mouse for quite some time now and i will say originally it was not working for me because it would freeze and stutter a lot but after i received a replacement mouse, everything worked amazing, no stutters, no connection issue. wonderful mouse and seller.

The mouse is sorta comfortable I'd say 4.5/5 because the 12 button panel. Doesn't work well because I cant grip the mouse if I need to pick it up. If I squeeze to pick it up it pushes a few buttons. But the 6 button and 2 button is perfect for shooters which I mainly play. The battery life is amazing. I only have to charge it once a week maybe longer. I didn't like it at first because I wasn't used to the size of it but once I got used to it, it was amazing. Next on my list is maybe new headphones now.

Love the detachable buttons on the side. Great hand feel, but could be a little bigger for my hands. I use it wired, so that I don't need to worry about charging.

I’ve owned the Razer Naga mouse for less than a year, and like every other Razer mouse I’ve purchased, it failed the same way: the mouse wheel started hopping on scroll. I reached out to Razer for a replacement, as it’s within their one-year warranty, but they refused to honor it because it was sold by Amazon. Meanwhile, Amazon claimed the warranty was valid at the time of purchase, but neither Razer nor Amazon will step up to resolve the issue.Save yourself the frustration and stay away from Razer products. Their quality is poor, and their warranty support is nonexistent. This will be my last Razer purchase!

First time buying a renewed tech product off of Amazon and I was afraid of what I was going to get. The mouse didn't come in original packaging but it does feel and look brand new! No issues at all with the mouse and it is a huge upgrade to my gaming rig and gaming laptop since I can plug in the mouse wired or switch to wireless with no downsides.

I play WoW and had this recommended by my guild. Takes some time to get used to but gameplay improves significantly once you do. No more having to stare at my spell bar and moving the mouse to click the numbers my fingers can’t reach. Battery life is really good too, have to plug it in once every 2 days or so to charge, but of course it’s still able to be used while charging.
