Not Magnetic
I have been using these and they work as described. Just keep in mind that these are not magnetic like some others are. The magnetism does come in handy at times when hanging drywall.

Makes drywalling easier.
I bought these as they were recommend by the home renovision youtube channel. They do make screwing drywall easier as your way less likely to overtighten the screws, and it countersinks them at the right depth for mudding.
