Great scooter, powerful and great customer service. Met the owner of the company at a RV event and he helped me out with an issue that my scooter had. Battery last a long time. Used it for almost 9 hours at a theme park with hills included. I love that I can remove the lithium battery and charge it indoors while leaving my scooter in the car. It’s perfect for travel, easy to load by myself and easy to store. Love it!

Delivery was as projected. The scooter was as described. The assembly was very easy and quickly accomplished. I "broke" it down into two pieces in an attempt to determine how I would handle future travel & found that the two pieces could be handled without additional help. The seat was easy to remove and replace. Easy to learn quickly how to use.

I have arthritis and walking long distances is difficult. This thing is great. Works flawlessly. Loads up in the back of my hartchback easily. I’ve used it for a week and only went down one bar on the battery.I’m 230 lbs and it seems to not be overworked.Great scooter!!

This is a great little scooter, however, the battery does not fit in the compartment and lay flush with the floor as seen on the product page. Ive contacted custimer servive and ave sent them the photos they reauested shoewing that the battery doesnt fit. receive a messGe back saytping that there are wires to be moved out of the way. There are no wires near, in, or around the battery compartment to move. It just simply does not fit. The battery appears to big for the compartment. Very disappointed. I need this scooter. For the money, i would look for different scooter. I would not buy this scooter again.

I love this scooter so much I bought a 2nd one for my husband. easy to use and recharge. Not a thing I don't like

This scooter is exactly what I expected and what I wanted.

I love this little scooter. I also love the USB port to charge my phone and the water bottle holder. I can fold it and put it in my back seat. I can take the basket off and collapse it flat when transporting. No need for a ramp or a rack on the back of my truck. It moves fast but doesn't seem to be designed for off-road driving. The wheels are solid rubber so the ride is a little bumpy when traveling on a sidewalk or road. The battery life is awesome although I have not put it to the test in a mall yet. When I fold it down and take the battery out, it only weighs about 35 pounds so it is easy to pick up. I love that it has handles in the front and on the side. After reading the instructions, I was surprised that it said not to allow the battery to deplete. I always thought that depleting the battery would make it last longer. I guess Lithium batteries are different. It is handy for walking my dog to the dog park in my neighborhood. She walks very fast but now I can keep up with her . I park it just inside the gate and it doesn't take up hardly any space. My arthritic knees are super grateful.

Scooter broke within 2 months, 5 beeps apparently means motherboard is "fried" per dme company after calling company The company told repairman they could get another motherboard sent in a few months which turned into a few weeks and the 5 days by the time the dme company fought with company for 2 days Would never buy again and feel duped out of 2300 plus extra $ to buy 2 tsa compliant batteries as the battery with scooter isnt allowed on planes. Cust service told dealer well you don't get a new car when you drive it off the lot if theres a bad part". The tech from dealer called tech at golden and they were asking condition of the scooter as if I had misused the scooter. I paid 2300 for a scooter I can't trust. The battery gauge shows a good charge, then drops quickly. As a physical therapist who has helped multiple people with equipment ordering and fitting, I have never dealt with a company that doesn't go out of the way to help, esp 2 months after a purchase. I don't want anyone else to experience this. No one called from company to even check on me.
