As a fan of animation and coming-of-age stories, I was excited to pick up the Steven Universe Complete Collection on DVD. And let me tell you, it's one of the best animated series I've ever watched.The show follows the adventures of Steven, a half-human, half-alien boy who lives with three alien "gems" - Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl - as they protect the Earth from otherworldly threats. Along the way, Steven learns about his powers and his heritage, and grows into a brave and compassionate hero.The show's animation is stunning, with a bright and colorful style that perfectly matches its upbeat and positive tone. The characters are all well-developed and lovable, each with their own unique personalities and quirks. I've been meaning to give Steven Universe a watch for a while, so I bought this collection to add to my media library. What I was expecting was one of those cheap plastic shells you get all of the rest of the Cartoon Network collections in. What I received was an art book that doubled as a DVD case.This is amazing. I can see why people love this show so much, the creators obviously really care about it to deliver something like this. It's getting, and keeping, a spot on my shelf.

It was a little fussy at first but a restart and the disks read fine. Outside of that These are great. I really enjoyed Steven Universe and have come to respect it even more as rewatches continue to reveal new insights. The product itself is great. ALLLLLL of Steven Universe is in there even the pilot. So glad I bought it.

I love literally everything about this show, and the movie was just as amazing! The animation, style, and color was exquisite, it was lowkey a musical and all the new songs were sung beautifully and were interwoven in a way that reminded me of Hamilton. There was character development and new understanding, and all and all I loved it so much. So glad this one came out too :)Edit: I literally rewatched it and I know in the next few days I'll watch it a third time. They do such a brilliant job with the antagonist. Her motives and her backstory, as well as her character development, which is an amazing thing to accomplish seeing as we just met her. You can really see how much of an effect those six thousand years had on her, as much as it would on anyone. My favorite part with her is how detailed and well done her design and animation is done. It really makes her feel wacky and flexible and unpredictable, not just in the way she is so stretchy but even in how her eyes change in size, shape, and color frame by frame. The artist and the animation team did a brilliant job, as usual.I honestly can't even decide which song is my favorite, because every time I get one stuck in my head I start singing another. I don't dislike one song, and I've downloaded every single one onto my phone. So glad I preordered this fantastic film, and I can't wait for more!!!

I am so happy about this. There is only seasons 1-4 on Hulu and you NEED the 5th season, duh. So I got this and I'm so happy about it. I was confused because online it says the show has 7 seasons on some websites, but then I realized they were just including the 2 "Future" seasons. So on this set, which is truly complete, it has regular "Steven Universe" Seasons 1-5, then it has the Steven Universe Movie, then it has seasons 1 & 2 of the "Steven Universe Future" limited series. So it has everything. The packaging is the cutest ever, it is like holographic and like a little book with different designs on each page and each page holds a disc that matches. It is dreamy and just the best. 100000000% recommend!!!

The set is from 2020, so the slight age of the outter box and inner sleeves makes sense. We checked for wear, and the discs are clean. Played well. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

This DVD set is gorgeous and such a nice addition to my Steven Universe collection shelf. The cover holds almost a CD case like book. Once you open it it’s sort of vinyl like! I feel like it was a Greg Universe inspired addition to how it was made. The art inside is beautiful and the sleeves aren’t too hard to put it back in or pull out. There are indeed the 5 seasons, movie and all of Future. What I didn’t see was a bonus disc! It’s mainly just music videos and cool little extra things. The disc matches the sleeve art that it’s held in. Overall this is so worth the price. If you’re a big Steven Universe fan like me, go for it. You’ll love it!
