Very effective and providing good value for money

The taste is ok but The product claims that it is sugar free. However it is very sweet and the ingredients don't list any sweetener as well. My blood sugar spikes after having it so not sure if some sugar is present but not listed

I have tried this 1st time after using raw soy isolate for over a year. This is easier to dissolve in water and digests quicker. Although the chocolate flavor could have been better else it is like adding little cocoa powder to raw isolate. It gives very light chocolate flavour after dissolving in water. And they should give more flavor options also

While product is good taste is not that great, also taste is not consistent, I have ordered it many times and each time taste is different.

This is my second container. Very good if you do not want to use whey protein or just want a different protein source.It blends well and tastes goodAlso can be used in pancake batter.Very good price, value for moneyGood results with muscle building if you weight train regularly
