Like new performance in a renewed package — worth it!
I was a little hesitant about buying a renewed MacBook at first, but this one completely exceeded my expectations. The laptop arrived in excellent condition—no noticeable scratches or wear, and the screen was flawless. Performance-wise, it’s been smooth and fast, even with heavier multitasking.The 16GB RAM makes a huge difference for me since I often run multiple tabs, Zoom, and editing apps at once. The 512GB SSD is super fast, with plenty of space for my documents and media. The 2.0GHz Intel Core i5 handles daily tasks effortlessly, and even some light video editing is no problem.Battery life has held up well, and the keyboard feels great to type on (especially after the issues with older models). The only thing I’d note is that it came with a generic charger, but it works just fine.For the price, this renewed MacBook Pro is a steal. If you’re looking for a premium laptop experience without paying full price, I’d definitely recommend this one.

A great find
This was a GREAT find. Arrived on time and was refurbished perfectly. I was looking for 1T of memory and this fit the bill. Was able to download Seqouia update with no problems. Great experience with this seller!!

Poor quality & poor service
The laptop was in horrible condition. I am wanting to return the item and the company has not worked with me. Do not purchase from them they kept my money and Amazon has reached out 2-3 times and each time they tell me to wait 5-7 business days. I paid return shipping myself and they even signed for the package but have not put in the system that they received it. I had to file an a-z claim because they are so unresponsive. Keeping a laptop and the money is a lot as the product is expensive and now I am short the money and don’t have the laptop. Poor service from Amazon and the third party seller.

Defective/ Glitching
I'm really bummed out, because as soon as I received the laptop the screen started to glitch off and on.... but after a week now it constantly glitches. Something is definitely wrong and it isn't in good condition like the seller marked and Advertised.
