Large, flat & cold
Not bulky, so it is comfortable to lay on or place under your leg. But not quite as flexible as I had hoped. Overall, does a good job.

Stays cold a long time.
I really do love this ice pack. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because i think they could have filled it a little more with the gel that freezes. You have to fold it over 3 times and only 3 times to freeze it because it is a pretty long ice pack. It covers my whole back and part of my butt and i am 5'3. It comes with a nice soft cover you can take off and wash if needed. The cover is all you need on it so that it does not get to cold against your skin. The ice pack stays cold at least an hour or better sometimes depending on how warm you are and if you are under the covers with blankets on you. Its definately something i would purchase again.

Relieved muscle back pain.
Works very well flat. I like the fact I can put it under me and just relax. I was hoping I could scrunch it around my neck but it’s a bit big for that.So I’ll just enjoy the pain relief on my back. Oh stays cold for quite a long time.

Fairly large ice pack
This ice pack is great for when you have back issues as it is large, it helps dull the pain and you can conform it to other areas that might be inflamed or painful.

These are amazing for keeping cool!
These are just wonderful for keeping cool! The fluffy cover keeps it from being too cold, but you can feel the coldness just fine. I'm always too hot, so I sometimes use these when I have my computer on my lap or when I'm lying in bed. I got two so I can use one while the other is freezing. Works terrific! I just fold them up and stick them in the freezer. Highly recommend for anyone who gets too hot!

Stays cold all night
I have burning hot feet, as soon as I get comfortable in bed. My usual gel packs would last 2-3 hours and often I would wake up 5-6 in the morning with burning hot feet. I got this since it was much bigger and it stays cold enough from 11 pm to 9 am. It does get warmer as time goes by but it stays cold enough to keep me from waking up from burning sensation in my feet.

Ice Pack still when frozen
It was a nice ice pack except I wanted to wrap it around my knee and it was stiff when frozen. It wasn't right for me.
