Petersons baking is awesome. Go to your local grocery store and try to find organic free range bacon or ham. You won’t find it. So you pay more for this right? Look at any superior food compared to the fake food that’s offered on the shelves of your grocery store. Any real food costs more than fake crappy food. It’s unfortunate that we have to pay more to have less in our food but the less is comprised of chemicals that are damaging to our health. This bacon tastes better, and I take great comfort, knowing it is far healthier and pigs with their snout in their crap and the mud of swine feedlots.

EXTREMELY SALTY but the description says its uncured with nitrites or nitrates. All you taste is the salt. Usually organic products taste excellent because you taste the natural product. Very disappointing.

2nd time getting this & it's fantastic! Thin so don't over cook it!

I am a bit of a bacon connoisseur and I have tried many kinds from many brands. What I appreciate most about this company is their quality standards. every piece of bacon is as good as the next. I could not recommend this product more highly. I ordered once to try it and then came back to order 4 more 4 packs and they all “pass the test”!

The bacon came very fast and well frozen. But it is way way too salty.
