The whole household LOVES this!
This is one of the rare prickly pear syrups that uses real prickly pear juice, no added dyes, and no corn syrup. Everyone LOVES it! We're putting it in limeades, on waffles, in fruit punch, and in herbal tisanes ("tea").This would do well as a snow cone syrup, in mixed drinks, and more. There are cheaper syrups available on the market, but none that are a natural product with an authentic flavor like this one. You'll be pleasantly surprised and the syrup keeps forever. Pour some off into a smaller bottle or get a bottle pump for easier dispensing.

Very Disappointed/Inferior
Ive been a regular customer for the last 3 yrs, using this product in my food trailer business, and the last ga purchased in July was was not as tasty as my previous delicious orders, however, this order was THE PITS! Not only was it an ugly light brownish amber color( Instead of the magenta-plum its suppose to be) it was thin and tasted like old corn syrup. Wrote corp ofc and NO response. $100 for a gallon down the drain. Due to the weight It would cost too much and i would have had Amazon step in for a refund but i hadnt opened this product for over a month so i didnt know it was bad. ( you can’t tell what color it is in bulk container until you open and pour it. It had a 2026 expiration date but i think it was bad to begin with. WTH CHERIE - do you not care about your regular customers?! Hoping i receive a free replacement but wont hold my breath. Ugh

Great quality
This syrup has a great prickly pear flavor, compared to some other brands (which seems silly, but it's like comparing one grape juice to another). I used a half gallon of it at my reception for margaritas and prickly pear lemonade and it was a huge hit. I've still got quite a bit left and according to the manufacturer it's got an indefinite shelf life when properly stored/sealed.

Recipe and pear quality sadly missing
I’ve bought this brand and in the gallon 3 times previously. It was DELICIOUS! I know, because I pick, peel, and make my own prickly pear syrup. This time, I was saddened. The color and taste was completely absent in this gallon. And at 65$ per gallon, it really disheartened me. PLEASE!!! Please!!!!! Go back to your original recipe! Or you will lose a really good customer. So sad!!!!Cheri Snelling

It's delicious and I like it but I don't think I would have ordered ...
By the time I paid shipping charges...I paid $70. It's delicious and I like it but I don't think I would have ordered if I would have paid attention to what the total cost would be.

This product makes great ice cream
Could have been a bit more concentrated. We used over 1/2 gallon for our Cowboy Creamery Pete's Prickly Pear Ice Cream in Sheridan, WY.

Terrible decline in quality
I have been buying this product for a long time. Given it is now twice as much as it used to be, it made me uneasy this time around. Prior to buying I read negative reviews which almost made me reconsider, but I thought those buyers with were overreacting. Well, what I received this time was poor in term of color and flavor. This is used primarily for cactus pear margaritas which are usually deep pick and rich in color. This syrup now makes a watered down looking sad cocktail. Makes me sick given what it costs. Never again! Buyer beware.
