Yes it does 78s. It's so cool. You can use it in the park.If you play at 78RPM you need a special needle, ideally. They are available if you look.

Sadly had to send this item back, turntable stopped working after one day.. had no problems getting my money back. Was treated very fair.

These exact turntables are being sold in B&M BARGAINS for £35, I bought mine in the sale at £25 but they are back to £35 now, the sound isn't bad, it's not perfect but not terrible, a bit tinny and occasionally you get a bit of hiss coming from the vocal, the blue tooth works very well, for £35 it's not bad at all, especially if you are short on space, just don't buy it at £80 it's not worth that. If it was crystal clear sound it would be worth £80, for £35 and its few slight flaws it's quite a good compact little player.
