It's perfectly sized to fit my entire desk table - that's just good luck on my part though. Its soft but smooth texture is great for gaming and work. I have no mouse pad obviously, just this across my whole table.Small crumbs are easily visible as its jet black. My desk set up is very minimal, no clutter. I've spilled a few drops of beer on it, and I mean drops and they just disappeared which is good, no stain. ONLY WIPE THIS WITH A DRY CLOTH, I found this the best way to rid it of dust, crumbs and bits. Had it a while now and it looks just as good as the day I got it, even over the area where I use the mouse. Would buy again if I ever needed too
