Good Product
The Material is sturdy, adding instructions was helpful. Keeps the ankle from moving and does allow some pressure releaf on the heel.

Lightweight and worth every penny
I have diabetic neuropathy and it usually makes it impossible for me to get around so I decided to try a boot. I ended up purchasing another here on Amazon a few months ago and I hated it because it was so heavy. This one was the only one that listed it as being lightweight and for other issues other than a sprain or broken foot. I compared several others and ended up choosing this one simply because of the weight and the cost. I’ve wore it out to some events and it feels great to be mobile again. I don’t think I’ll be in it much longer. I’m gonna keep it close until I need it again.

BE CAUTIOUS
THE BOOT LEAKS AIR, BAD VALVE, GAVE THEM THE CHANCE TO JUST SEND ME A NEW ONE AND I'M STILL WAITING AND BELIEVE ME YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TFRY TO REPLACE IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. WHENEVER THE REPLACEMENT COMES OR SHOWS UP, I'LL BE RETURNING IT, I HAD TO BUY A DIFFERANT BRAND, I NEEDED A DECENT RESPONSE TIME BECAUSE I DO HAVE AN INJURY.

Bugaboo to put on
The media could not be loaded. This ExoArmor Superlight Walking Boot is lighter weight than my previous boot (United Ortho), but I'm not sure if the benefits over that boot are worth the hassles of this one.First, it's a bugaboo to put on. The straps are awkward, especially the top one which attaches in the back. Anyone with an injured and painful foot will likely find this problematic, unless they have someone who can help them. The top of the boot was clearly made for someone with pencil-thin legs. I have wide calves from years of figure skating, and once I got it adjusted wide enough, the top strap was in a very awkward position with the buckle in a weird place (see video). The Velcro was almost at the end and barely reached. Once fastened, the Velcro made LOUD crinkling/crackling noises with every step. (Did this company even do ANY product testing with actual people?)The boot overall creaks and makes loud noises as you walk, which is very irritating to those of us with Sensory Processing Disorder / noise sensitivity. The pump mechanism, which has some fairly hard plastic, is placed on the front and digs into your shinbone. (Again, product testing?) Yes, this can be remedied with one of the included foam pads, but why should you have to?As a whole, the boot is comfortable once you've gone through the unnecessarily fiddly setup, though the advertised "heel cushion" is NOT. I bought this boot because my heel has inflamed nerves and hurts when standing or walking on it. This boot felt like it had zero cushioning under the heel, so I had to put in one of the Tuli's Heavy Duty Gel Heel Cups I had previously ordered from Amazon. One definite positive about this boot is that it isn't quite as high off the ground (i.e. thick Frankenstein sole), so I'm not as imbalanced as I walk. I'm using a Crocs platform shoe (also ordered here on Amazon) to counter the extra height, and it works pretty well.As other reviewers have mentioned, the way the top strap is sewn onto the liner is not the best design. If the Velcro were unattached like it is on the United Ortho boot, it would be much better and this would be a near-perfect boot (other than the ridiculous amount of squeaking/crackling noises). Because it's sewn on, it does make adjustment more difficult unless possibly you're one of those people with skinny legs.Overall, not a bad boot, and soooo much lighter (even if it's only a few ounces) than the United Ortho boot, but I'm still on the fence whether the tradeoffs are worth it or not.

It works!!
I pulled a tendon on my foot and have been struggling to find comfort. This boot seems to be doing the job of supporting my foot the proper way so I don’t continue to hurt it. Plenty of padding and room in the boot. I’m a female and wear size 8/8.5 in shoes. I ordered a medium and there’s ample space for me to adjust the boot tighter and be comfortable. It’s not too big nor small for my foot - fits just right. It takes a little getting used to when it comes to strapping and walking on it, but I got the hang of it in one day. Looking forward to getting my foot back to normal.

Cheap junk
I broke my foot. Urgent care Gave me a huge heavy boot that went all the way up to !y knee. I wanted a shorter and lighter boot so I bought this one. It says its easy to slip on a nd off. It isn't. I had to pull the whole thing apart to get my foot into it because the padding was weird. I had to cut a piece away. I couldn't get it strapped up correctly. And the air pump doesn't work. Lesson learned: Don't buy medical supplies on Amazon.
