Pros:-* Build Quality.. the images nd youtube videos dont do justice to the luxurious high-end build quality* Audio Quality.. the typical hindi nd punjabi songs sound great, but to really enjoy the sound play some trance or a band performing with diff instruments.. even the songs u don’t like end up playing so good* Battery.. as expected so far.. 6-7 hrs easy with ANC off* ANC.. active noise cancellation is not as good as Sony 1000xm3.. but still great as far as TWS earbuds can go* Connection.. connections have been great so far with ios n windows 10.. expect the same with android* No lag playing videos watsoever.. haven’t played games bt no reason to expect any diff*Beautiful CaseCons:-* not the best looking when in ears.. u look like the zombie from Adams Family with bolts coming out of both sides of the face* rarely a slight very low hissing sound sometimes.. not distracting but shudnt b there nonetheless

Sennheiser's is truly the king of sound! So here goes:Pros1. Sound quality - it's truly on a different level compared to other TWS - price does make a difference here. Clear instrument separation, depth in vocals and wide soundstage.2. Effective noise cancellation.3. Comfortable fit and light weight.4. Decent battery life.5. Decent call quality - haven't tested outdoors though.6. Customizable touch controls and possible to control volume from earbuds.Cons1. Expensive.2. Connects to only one bluetooth device at a time.3. Master-slave connection, i.e. left and right buds cannot be used independently.

I had really high expectations from these after all reviews listed them as the bestPros- clear, rich sound- customizable touch pads- good design- 2 years warranty, most brands offer only 1Cons- App did not have preset EQs like other brands, they really help for non - audiophiles who are new to setting their own EQ- volume not as high as Buds Pro or Jabra Elite 75t- bulky case- average ANC- even with clear rich sound, did not work well for me, sounded less fun to me. I like sound more on my Galaxy Buds Pro, seems more consumer friendly sound signatureOther cons that didn't concern me- no wireless charging- master slave connection type( please confirm, not 100% sure about the same)I wanted to like these but weren't fun sounding for me, Went with Buds pro

Guys best advice trust me I bought this product on April 2021. It’s been 9 months Iam facing battery life issue and now my left side earphone is not working only right is working. Finding a showroom for service is really difficult for service related issue.Sound quality:You hear clear audio awesome clarity but if you are bass lover this is not for u.Comfort:You can’t wear more than a hour your ears starts to pain. Going to gym, jogging, cycling it’s a good choice it sticks to your ears never falls down. You can’t use it inside your helmet because it’s pops out from your ear a little so you will feel pain after wearing the helmet.Recommend:Not for long time use.Customer service:Only one service centre for sennhiser online purchased products that’s is to reach Mumbai service center. You have to courier it to Mumbai. Pls be fluent in English if not u can’t convey your fault to them. Please trust sennheiser official website for reaching the service center.

The earphones, less than 9 months since the purchase, have stopped working. The right earphone can no longer produce a continuous flow of sound. There is major noise disturbance from the right earphone and the left earphone cannot even be used independently.The volume is very low even at the max limit. There has been no damage to hardware.Extremely disappointing buy from Sennheiser. Would like a full refund. Absolutely horrendous.

The only con I could find was the battery life. Maybe a couple of crackling noises on connecting but that goes away once it stabilizes.But the sound and ANC is pretty amazing! Totally worth it :-D

These sound good, get dirty from the wax in the ears, have a lot of latency(more than half a sec) when working with iPhone 13 or older iPhones. There durability is just bad, mine has broken for the second time in 16 months. I paid 25k INR for these. Certainly, not worth the money considering the durability and overall experience. Would recommend iOS/Mac users to go with Airpods Pros instead of these for a better long term experience. Would have done the same if I knew what I know now back in the day.
